This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. They were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of information about the local area and even arranging hiking tours for us. Secondly, the rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and had a balcony with breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. We couldn't have asked for a better place to wake up to each morning. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the homemade cakes and jams made by Kristina. It's these small details that make this hotel stand out from the rest.
No significant improvements needed, all was wonderful.

What a wonderful way to start the New Year! the coziness of the hotel and the delightful bedrooms made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We particularly liked the amazing food that was included in our stay, with so many different dishes to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect too, with plenty of skiing and hiking opportunities within easy reach. Another advantage was the super-friendly team, always ready to help with any request.
If we had to find something to improve upon, it might be the size of the room, but that's simply a matter of personal preference.

Located on the Swiss Alps, this hotel offers a fantastic view. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable and the owners of the hotel, Chris and Kristina, are friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. their restaurant served delicious dishes with local and Greek specialties.
The Wi-Fi signal was unreliable and there was a small parking lot which was mostly occupied by the locals, making it difficult to park our vehicle at times. However, the hotel's location is within walking distance to a ski run which more than makes up for the inconvenience of finding a parking spot.
